At MSmartBd, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair refund and returns policy.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods: food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Additional non-returnable items:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software
    • Some health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Certain situations allow only a partial refund:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, software, video games, or vinyl records
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:

  1. Notify you by email about receipt of your return.
  2. Inform you if your refund is approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take time for refunds to post.
  3. Contact your bank, as processing may take additional time.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request an exchange:

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you:

  • You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return.

If the gift was sent to the giver first, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Note:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • For high-value items, consider trackable shipping or shipping insurance.
